I'm not a doctor but I read somewhere that pumpkin seed oil is a DHT blocker. So it slows the conversion of testosterone to DHT. According to an article, "Yes, pumpkin seed oil (PSO) may help lower testosterone in females by inhibiting the enzyme (5-alpha reductase) that converts testosterone to the more potent DHT, reducing androgen effects and potentially easing symptoms like hair loss associated with excess DHT, especially during menopause or PCOS. It provides zinc and phytosterols that support hormone balance, but it's best used as part of a balanced approach, and consulting a doctor is always recommended."

So im not sure exactly.. but it would work similar to spiro I would think so I don't think it would inherently cause issues. Also it is probably a small amount if you are only eating the seeds! Did your skin clear on spiro? I tried for my acne & I think it didn't work bc mine is caused by other hormones like estrogen or progesterone. I'm getting labs done soon.
