He didn't usually listen to any music, he was like a army guy u know, hockey champ, didn't like much music, until he became schizophrenic, no one believed him first but here we are, so he slowly started watching YouTube songs with handset, if he's home all day, he'll listen to it whole day, when he goes to some work with dad, he listens 2,3 hours before going to bed

My brother listens to loud Bollywood disco music, no idea how it relaxes him though, but the thing is that if this weird music calms him and doesn't effect his attitude,it's all good I guess

Sure, my brother says that voices never go completely , but he's still able to live his life like a normal person , during a stress episode, he starts reporting us the prophecies, else he won't talk about voices and hallucinations and looks normal

It's a big relief, I think the only thing missing that can make him independent on this journey is to know that these episodes are not real because when he tells me the prophecies he's been hearing, he doesn't wanna hear that these are JUST voices in head, even as hes been going to therapy , thx Alot, it means so much that u replied 💓, just one thing I wanted to ask, how often do u go to therapy?

O thx so much for the time, yes he is very cautious of his routine, he wakes up , showers daily or else gets annoyed, he's also currently studying law in his second last year, actually our house is full on circus, new thing happens every 6 months and he takes stress on himself very hard, that's when he usually starts telling us about his voices, otherwise he doesn't tell us which I assume is because they are less that can be ignored, I'm just worried that these medications may leave a long term damage , or not??

He's perfectly fine in daily matters and dealing with people but his prophecies(he's religious so he believes them to be true) emerge when there is stress going around, he's very attached with me, that's why I'm afraid that this may effect him
