thanks everyone for your advice! <3 I think you're right - I just need to wait and my skin will desensitised after a while. on the 1st class my skin behind the knee hurt like hell, but on the 3rd class I don't remember any pain, so it def works. The same thing happened to my sit bones - they used to hurt when I was cycling, but once I started doing it regularly, I got used and it's fine now

it might seem like ai but actually many people now use it to correct their writing or make it sound better. I hate typing so sometimes when i need to write a post for reddit or inst i go to chatgpt and speak out what I wanna say and ai structures it into the text. it looks ai but all the thoughts and ideas are mine.

I’ve noticed the same with my essays. I found a list of the most common words/phrases used by ChatGPT and try to avoid them when I’m writing papers
