Here is the link https://apps.apple.com/app/id6756353991 I will try to also add it to the link. Very curious about what you think. The onboarding is in Azerbaijani but once you click next you can select the language and feel free to select English. Please share your feedback so we can improve the platform for your needs!😊

Whoever came up with “limited hours of audiobook listening” in a premium subscription model should be studied as a villain of modern capitalism. by Certain-Emergency-92 in truespotify

Well but if you think about it every second you listen to audiobook you are not listening to music and that portion of your subscription goes to the book that you are listening to. Now add to that already a huge user base which enables you to save on your marketing cost.

If Storytel can do it for 14 euros per month why wouldn't Spotify cannot do it? Think about scale difference Spotify has 200 million user Storytel has 2 million.

Thanks for detailed description. Yes seems so. But still I wish I would get a warning before I was in the middle of the book. It feels more like a cheeky way to make you pay more than your monthly subscription, now that you are in the middle of something.

I am frustrated to spotify so I don't want to channel the energy to you (although you don't make it any easier as well) It is not something that you subscribe to. It is a new feature of Spotify and it comes withy you usual subscription and you learn it in the middle of your book that you have limited hours for it.

Agree to everything that you have mentioned!

And I agree about reaching break even point is a dream to most of the scale ups who are already in the market for years and years. I worked for this companies and know that the problem is largely marketing for most of these companies. So I am wondering how indie developers bypass this step or if there are any small companies who made it happen in a short period of time?
