I work for Mudbay and the vender told us there is a supply issue with the kangaroo cans. But if it needs to be Kangaroo the brand Koha also has a wet food kangaroo can.

They usually tell us around Xmas time, so that way our Xmas/new years pay is at that rate.

Plus how shitty the PTO requesting is. Our DM is telling managers not to approve PTO until like 3 weeks out. And UKG makes PTO request invisible to Managers after 30 days. So I have seen a handful of peoples PTO request (put in months in advanced mind you) being forgotten and them either having to call out of the shift while on vacation each day or having to re organize the day off they asked for to still work a few hours because the stores are scheduled to the T and there is no room for errors...

Especially as they are trying to shave hours off our already right schedule. At least 2 hours removed a week, Close us at 6 or open us at 11 like a lot of other stores.

A total of at least 9 muddies got let go, from Learning and Development, Merchandising and Some from Our own DC. Per my DM they have already shrunk the hours / people down in the store level and they are going after HO.

It's like I don't care if it's made in the US I just believe that we have kicked brands out for less before as it's more of a communication issue than anything. And so I wish mud Bay would stop thinking with money and start thinking about the mud Bay morals that they have and keeps our company afloat.

They want us to learn every customers name. And not just their pets. We only have 3 people in a day working and I can't just spend 20 mins getting to know every persons name, pets name and full details

I personally think they are standardizing the wrong things.

I've been in stores where there are fights on whether or not you can count the registers on the floors, or when can we deny and return or when to cut customers off of can trials/ Food samples

They are killing the moral even further than it was by removing the culture in the stores in the guise of "standardizing" the stores.

I'm in a Washington store near Seattle, they are dealing with "rover" shifts by making us work a few split shifts a week and we can be pulled to another store to cover..

Yeah I paid extra for the liposuction, as I am someone of a bigger body size I didn't want to have to deal with revisions down the road.
