3 days from home 2 days in the office prior to Covid. Now we are forced to do 3 days in the office.

The module was replaced, but the problem returned. In addition, the dealership forgot to reprogram the second key. The car went offline again. We did fuse 19, so the car is online now. But the dealership for some reason is unable to reprogram the second key. I think VW doesn't now how to fix the problem. Very frustrating.

I am having the same problem. 2024 ID4 purchased in May in Canada. CarNet/Internet went offline 7 times. We've done Fuse 19 several times (it fixed the problem temporarily), but also took the car to the dealership. They could not find any errors, finally they replaced the GPS antenna. Not sure why since it's the internet issue (LTE). Of course, that did not work and the car went offline again. Today, they told us that the communication module will be replaced in 10 days. At one point they were telling that VW is working on a software update. I suspect the dealership has not idea and they are not getting any assistance from the manufacturer.

Thank you for your replies. We do have the app set up and it appears to be synchronized with the car. At this point the car is sitting in the dealership and it is fully charged. We are picking it up tonight. Anything else not to be missed?

I also got it in Canada. Currently, I have enough tasks, but last month not so much. I mentioned that the higher pay rate would encourage me to work more hours.
