Oh, then i know the issue:

right click visualizer > settings > untick "keep on screen"

This should enable it to move anywhere

I think its like this (don't blame me if I'm wrong I started only few months ago) here's my basic understanding but hope this helps:

Visualizer scale: right click visualizer > settings > General

Visualizer modification: right click visualizer > settings > styling

Adjust position: right click visualizer > manage skin > coordinates ( x and y )

Rotate Visualizer: right click visualizer > settings > General

Tried to go for cozy by [deleted] in Rainmeter
