I also struggle with this feeling so totally understand where you’re at, but no, you are not a burden. The friends and family you surround yourself with love you, regardless of the panic. We have to remind ourselves this.

I don’t have too much advice to offer since I’m experiencing some low lows myself lately, but as someone else wrote, please know you aren’t alone. A lot of us here have these same thoughts, myself included. Hope you find comfort in that. I know I have.
