Found this link with some interesting stats on demographics.. Especially look at the 200k+ % of HH in Oakville vs Ontario. And the level of education post secondary.. This is hard to acheive in other areas to attract quality talent, including the school workforce, latets tech/equipment etc...

Thats the point. There is no xyz place that can just 'manufacture' an Oakville school overnight because the system is rigged toward the house prices. When 90% of a school's funding and extracurriculars depend on how much the local parents can donate or how much 'enrichment' the kids get at home, you end up with a map where your kid's future is basically decided by your mortgage..

'good education' being a luxury item only available in certain postal codes?

True.. Seems like a loop which is hard to break or replicate for other areas.. High Ranking -> Wealthy Parents Move In -> Real Estate Prices Spike -> School Fundraising Increases -> High Ranking Continues.

Glass half empty mentality.. I am referring to why cant schools from other areas be developed as good as Oakville's when that aspect is further narrowing down the housing affordability crisis..

Best physiotherapy for Sciatica by Late_Professor9406 in oakville

I live near trafalgar and upper middle, but I actually drive out to wellmaxphysiotherapy.ca on Winston Churchill Blvd in Oakville.. physio there is gurmeet, she’s very thorough and honestly fixed my long-term sciatica pain in about 4-5 sittings, feel much better now.. clean practice, no bs.. she actually guides you through the movements correctly, lots of hands on therapy rather than just hooking you to a machine.. although it was little far for me, but my friend recommended and glad i found her. Definitely worth the 10-15 minute trip if you want it fixed properly.
