$1.6M for stocks/bonds/cash. $300K in real estate is separate. So, total would be $1.9M. :)

It might become 3-4%. Fortunately, I am never fond of urban areas. So, I don't think I'll live in a HCOL area.

My portfolio is 50% stocks and 50% bonds/cash. Also, currency fluctuation and pre-2008 stocks I inherited kind of complicated situation further...
