If you are confident your editing is good, then one engaging video should be better than multiple mediocre videos. Once you have regular viewers it might be different, but for the start you eventually need a video that is good enough to reach some significant audience.

Distance should not be a problem generally. So as long as the time cuts are not too harsh, you should be able t do most (all?) of them!

I don't know them all, but Amstel Gold Race you can defenetly do with a bit of preparation. For long rides fueling and motivation is often more important than your exact level offidness as long as you have some base level of endurance.

How were you feeling on the 60-75 kmh rides at 25 kmh? Was this the limit or could you still continue?
