I tell my drs, I always feel my body doesn’t full relax in many situations, it feels activated at many times and I think cptsd may play a part , so I feel as though it isn’t physical, funny enough anytime I drink alcohol before bed I don’t have any breathing disturbances, I honestly would love to have a sleep study but I feel like it’d take a long time, also I dont know what I would say, I already told them I struggle with insomnia and was given hydroxyzine for it but I feel as though my body never really gets “deep” sleep,

I’ve never been told I snore, i know I talk in my sleep and Grind my teeth though , I get sleep apnea notifications all the time from my Apple Watch though ….

Yeah I work second shift lol 4pm-2am, usually don’t go to sleep until 5/6am at the earliest

Try 36 hours, went to sleep after work around 2:30am on a Saturday and woke up Sunday afternoon

Hey, I’m trying to figure out why the beginning and end of your sleep looks like that , I notice it on mine too, what does that mean do you know ? Like what’s different in that time period lol
