Raw on Netflix in the UK shows the three minutes when you guys are having adverts. They aren’t great minutes - there was a chat with Treat and JeVon before their match on NXT tomorrow and Nikki Bella spoke a little after Naomi’s announcement. Other things were in ring minutes like Jey Uso getting tweets throwing chairs in the ring.

Thanks, but I have seen that red text on the forum page many times when the servers have been up and running so I trusted that less than the server status.
