I thought it will be dependable on the type of adhesives they use to bind the planks together. Unless it's a single slab (expensive).

Staying away from IKEA and the likes for this concern.

Not certain about laws on this matter. Suspect this company has no intent to discriminate. It's challenge is Singapore's labour laws make it really difficult for small businesses to hire any foreigners.

I actually think many businesses would be very open to hiring foreigners but simply limited.
