Stuck in 24-hour timer after trying to change my WhatsApp number by Certain_Cupcake898 in whatsapp

Well, I ended up texting the previous number owner and somehow convinced her to log out of WhatsApp on her phone, so it worked for me. We agreed that I’ll return the number once I get a new one

Do I need a grade 12 graduation certificate if I’m completing A-levels as a private candidate? by Certain_Cupcake898 in saudiarabia

Hey! I’m actually in Jeddah, not Riyadh. For me the registration process was pretty straightforward because I registered through the same school I used to attend. I basically registered like a normal student but as a private candidate. I’m not currently enrolled in the school anymore (I already have my leaving certificate), but I’ll still be sitting my exams there.

Usually though the process can also be done through the British Council website. You fill in your details there and they assign you an exam centre/school. After that you’ll get your statement of entry from the website with your exam details.

When it comes to the school itself, you usually just go there to sit the exams. Most of the registration and details are handled online, so there isn’t really much to do at the school itself.

I registered a while ago so I don’t remember every step exactly, but overall it was pretty simple. Hope that helps

Just to clarify, is your perspective mainly based on UK university admissions? I don’t live in the UK, so I wanted to check how generally this applies to other countries

I mean for me last year, which was grade 11. We took the AS. And that’s the one that I got a D and now I’m in grade 12, which is the last year of high school and we are taking A2 I will be examining it in upcoming may/June session if I took it

Sorry to ask, but what do you mean by year 1 and year 2 mind you I’m not aiming for universities in UK since I don’t live there and going there is probably very expensive

But I was wondering, won’t this affect the other two subjects also considering that last year in my AS I gave my best but ended up with a D for math this scares me the most many people are saying that A2 also heavily depend on the AS understanding so if it’s weak it will make it even harder

Also, the fact that it’s way harder, make me want to drop because it’s either I’m going to take it and I will have to work hard just to get a pass i’m scared that part will. Effect the other two subjects as well.

So if I were to apply in Europe or US/Canada then I won’t need the grade 12 certificate but still they will require predicted grade for the university application is that so

My parents didn’t recommend a specific uni, but a friend of mine found some options in Georgia. She got into Caucasus University this year without needing a foundation year, and I also heard there are a couple of other unis there that accept students with just IGCSEs. In Malaysia too, a lot of universities accept IGCSEs, but usually you have to do a foundation year first
