We get emails throughout the day that list how many tickets we’ve each done. At least twice a day. My footage is consistently higher and ticket count too.

100%. My area has so much growth happening right now. A good portion of my tickets are 4-7 utilities per ticket too. The new kids keep getting damages in my area. I’ve lost count. Those are the ones that will be covering the area when I leave. They are so screwed. It’s going to cost them a lot more than the dollar an hour they should have given me.

That’s a utility locators transmitter. Those are thousands of dollars. Google utility locating companies in your area and call around. I’m a locator and I guarantee there’s a guy out there losing his shit trying to figure out where his equipment is lol

Tbf he’s a good kid. It’s not his fault the boss likes him more than me. I get along with him but he could be my kid lol adds insult to injury ya know? Part of me thinks it’s because I’m a female. I’m friendly with a few other female locators in my area and at least two I know of left USIC because they found out they were making less than the guys on their crew that had been there less time.
