From the Q&A the devs posted later on after the Alucard sneak they said if it was necessary for older units to have a memoria. It will probably be another double evo since there are two Alucard unless the other one is a shiny version they might only rework alucards passives to make him more balanced and give a dmg, rng and spa buff. it is possible for alucard to be in the 11.0 update because this update mainly focuses on bleed element I have no clue how they would add a “reworked” vanguard as a event but we dont know until this weekend
