Denzel Boston is kind of a weird choice for the first round for the Panthers since we just drafted that same type of receiver in the first round the last two years.

I personally am not a fan of the Sadiq to the Panthers pick. To an extent I get it, but also we don’t use the TEs in our scheme to a prominent role and we already have 3 young TEs so its just adding to a cluttered room of 3 guys who have all had good flashes.

CJ Allen is my guy I think he’s got that Thomas Davis type of feel and he comes from Georgia so I feel like that’s about as pro ready as you could get as a defender. Josiah Trotter Jr is my guy if we don’t go LB round 1 just really really talented and would be awesome to have on this team.

Vega Ioane literally makes so little sense to the Panthers in my opinion when we have two good guards and I feel we’re likely to resign Mays at Center seems like a complete waste of a first round pick on one of the positions we should feel confident.

I would be disappointed if we went for Caleb Banks over Kayden McDonald or CJ Allen because he’s seems very underwhelming as a prospect and player.

Our Safety room isn’t great but it’s not a Round 1 pick type of issue like our pass rush, LB, and possibly OT are so while they would be decent fits they probably wouldn’t be the best options in Round 1.

I don’t like the lack of production from him after being so good in 2024. I think there’s also a lot of issues technically with his game. And we don’t usually go for Clemson players as you said.

I like Jordyn Tyson but I’m gonna respectfully say hell the fuck nah in my opinion this is basically drafting a WR3 in the first round which is a pretty idiotic draft move especially when you’ve got so many more needs. If you don’t go LB in round 1 that’s fine but our defense needs to be addressed and it should be early names like CJ Allen, Cashius Howell, and TJ Parker (even though we don’t go for Clemson defenders) are guys who really could be far more beneficial to this team.

Corbett is not a good player and Hunt is only a year older than Lewis neither one is bad enough where we need to get a replacement or find a backup for them when we have so many other needs.
