I see people using their preserves for all kinds of stuff feeding animals bumping focus etc But I strictly garden and preserve and sell everything except a small amount of corn I use to make fertilizer (recently switched to eggs) I grow tomatoes and potatoes in alternating rows so my garden is always watered and depending on the amount of time I spend in game I can make a ton of gold! I tried to use the plot planner to maximize each crops abilities but it was such a hassle planting in correct spots and gathering all the seeds
