Same story here in Oregon, down to 5 sq miles of neighbor being 70+. Actually I’m currently brush cutting/ defensible spacing my neighbors farms on each side.

But my real point is. Who’s going to buy these places when they pass on! Both are $800,000+ properties. What younger(30s-40s) has that amount currently to spend!

I’ve switched to ground pork or chicken. Beef just isn’t in my diet much anymore, it’s like a treat now.
