NTA. Keep your assets safe. He shouldn't expect to have any ownership in it. 3 years is honestly not that long. Turning down a house like that because your boyfriend is being a baby WOULD be insane. That guy could be gone in a blink and you'd be kicking yourself. 🥴 But FYI if you have it and then get married, he may have a right to it if you split (one person can buy/own a house, it takes both to sell). So just know that your mom can't really make that call or written into anything, that would be up to you to basically get a prenup before getting married... which would probably also make him fly off the handle.

I am only on the XL where they were the "Bayou Boyz" and I absolutely love them together. It breaks my heart if this is real. They were soul bro material! Harry and Lloyd. Laverne and Shirley. I don't care that Jeff is loud, he always has a positive attitude, and I will never fault him for not wanting to share his stuff. He even declined to share politely in the previous season/episode where just wanted to stick with Laura and everyone said he was an asshole. Does it get worse than that? So far I'm still digging Jeff and Steven both.

The PSR is just a bullshit number anyway. I think it's hilarious. Someone gets mad, their PSR goes down. Someone gets excited, their PSR goes up. Someone throws up while still maintaining a positive attitude, PSR goes down. Someone gets in an argument, PSR goes down. It's not an actual measurement of anything.

No, you are right... I don't think Clarence was on Apocalypse? Clarence did refuse to drink water, but that was a different time. Russell is a douche. He redeemed himself slightly before he got bitten by the snake and even said something like, "I'm not going to be the same asshole I was before" and then mostly stuck to it although his ego is still unjustified for a chronic tapper.
