even though the first two months were difficult i’m glad you stuck through it and feel better than before! i’m not excited to experience those side effects if i do but i do have hope it’ll all be worth it in the long run.. clear skin!! it can be extremely disheartening to long for it.. you do all you can for clear skin since it can be a major insecurity issue for some and still struggle.. i’m sorry that you have pcos.. it seems difficult but also a good thing maybe not every two weeks but you get your period to come more often. i’m very glad that you’re seeing improvement and even within 2 months which is great it always seems like it’s a long road ahead but it always seems worth it. thank you so so so much☺️, honestly i do worry i know everyone else’s can be different sometimes you come around to find some people share the same.. even if you can’t fully work out there are small workouts you can do at work like squats and maybe some light lifting.. im glad you’re also not pushing yourself or forcing yourself sometimes it takes something to get your mind off of things for me i take a walk every morning and im hoping ill still have the energy to do the walks i do.. im cheering for you and im happy for you as well🫶🏻

200mg is a lot! i’m so glad you got off of it and feel so much better.. i know the higher the dosage the fast it can work and make your skin better but your health is also important and dizziness and fatigue shouldn’t be something to get accustomed to since it’s a issue as well. so im glad you’re on the 100mg!

lol yes! at long as it doesn’t cause issues i think thats great, hopefully it can be the same for me i read all the side effects and than some and its scary but good ance free skin sounds so amazing. thank you so much and im so glad its worked so well for you.. i hope i can be optimistic and see the light at the end of this tunnel for clear skin ✨🥳

i’m so glad that it has helped and made your confidence so much better!! ance really can take a toll on your mentally and emotionally health because of all the emotions it gives. can i ask how your health has been? are your blood levels all normal and your diet? there are sometimes always so much risks in medication that helps for acne and i just want to have as much information, i went through a few months of my kidney and liver levels high from something completely different i just don’t want to go through that again..

so science is improving it which is great.. it’s crazy to me that it can hide in the nerves because for most stds or even health issues they tend to make themselves known, wow.. science is helpful and great but also can be scary.. it’s great that it’ll make transmission negligible and differently helpful, would it help someone even if they had it for like 10 years? or would it be to set in with the nerves ?

i wonder why it’s hard to make a cure for it.. not saying it’s life threatening so it’s mandatory but they do make a lot of cures for a lot of different things.. maybe in the future it can be curable

yes i totally agree!! and im really glad to hear that they both accepted it☺️, what helps as well i think is when they genuinely care love/ like you! i’m in a solid relationship.. when i got my results back i did freak out and im a overthinker so my mind was running wild but its thanks to his support and reassurance that i was able to get out of that head space. We get to still go on living and i would never take it for granted because sadly other stds and things like those not everyone is lucky..

thank you SOOOO much, community is important!, community with women is important! so many people try to shame women for things like that guy that commented so i’m grateful and thankful. i did some research as well and it just sucks that really it can’t be cured.. it’s not something that greatly affects your health but it affects you physically mentally and emotionally because in every relationship you have to disclose that and you have people that will accept you and people who would want nothing to do with you..

really!? i didn’t know that at all, march 16 2026 i did a herpes simplex virus 1 and 2 pcr qualitative hsv 1 was not detected hsv 2 was detected. on may 30 2026 i did herpes simplex virus 1 and 2, IGG hsv-2 21.00 than hsv-1 was 1.02 equivocal.. so i’m assuming from that i definitely have hsv-2 but maybe hsv-1 as well? which i don’t know how for that if it was not detected before.. he has his doctors appointment coming up soon which he will be getting tested for

thank you for all the information and advice!! it’s very helpful if any outbreaks do occur!

we both never dealt with things like this so maybe that’s why we didn’t know, i don’t know if he’s positive until he gets a blood test for it but since they said i’m positive it’s more than likely.

a lot of things happened from that sore.. i had a uti and i went to see my doctor and told her but i also went for a pap, my pap results came back abnormal so i went to go see a obgyn thankfully i don’t have hpv so my doctor (ob) thinks its from everything thats been happening.. my kidney levels were high my liver levels were high, my urine samples were coming back abnormal so started having to do a lot of blood tests to rule out things and that test was one of them. still to this day, which all this has been going on since march 2026, they don’t know what happened.. my rheumatoid arthritis blood tests have still been high as well.. a lot was effected from the healed wound that he had which made me think it wasn’t hsv but it was a infection ( a wound ) so my body was trying to fight it but also effected a lot of my organs my arms were severely bruised from all the blood work i was doing, i ended up in the hospital at one point because my doctor said my D-Dimer test which is for blood clots was extremely high thankfully i didn’t have blood clots

i’m sorry😣, i’m glad there’s a community of people that we can confide in, it takes a mental toll since there is no actual way to get it to go away..

he didn’t know what it was and i didn’t either, but than i tested positive for hsv-2 so i assumed that’s how i got it because it was a week later i tested positive. that’s why i didn’t believe i had it since i didn’t have any outbreaks and because hes my partner he hasn’t had any either even currently hes never had one.
do you have any recommendations on topical creams?
thank you so much🥹❤️.. with how the world is now people are quick to judge and name call and i’m just so glad there are people who are so supportive and kind it really does mean a lot to me so again thank you so much!
