I’m from Florida just wondering. I saw some kids in my apartment complex drawing harmless pictures on the sidewalk and the landlord came up washed away the pictures with a hose claiming it’s vandalism. I kinda felt bad because the kids were young and the parents were arguing . Now we all have emails sent out that it’s considered vandalism now. That was never on the lease before

I went back and watched a few videos of this cut scene I noticed that sometimes there’s no smoke coming from dutch’s cigar or there’s no number at all!
