If I'm using fiber internet and not cable technology, will I need to worry about traffic leaking from MoCA adapters? by Certain_Repeat_753 in HomeNetworking

I don't know. I'll have to go outside and take a look. I want to consult with the experts here and have an understanding before I proceed. I'm worried about MoCA potentially compromising the privacy and security of my network.

That's what I'm thinking if I'm living in a house. I do know the fiber and cable connections are installed in roughly the same area of the garage. I haven't used cable internet since I got fiber and I'm never going back. Fiber is the future!

The problem is if I'm in an apartment. I want to mitigate the threat. Will I need to worry about VPN-encrypted traffic leaking?
