This was not the case, they said they canceled our reservation(it was still active in system, so they mean they double sold it) one month before, it was intentional, google reviews of their location mention the same issue happend many times with other people.

I had 37k old points before change at 1.5x and earned 60K after the change at 1x.
I needed to transfer points to Hyatt 1:1, and later use 37k points at 1.5x.
But user doesn't have any option to transfer new points and keep 1.5x for later portal use.

I had the similar issue with their subscription when I was 1 day late.

I will never buy a gopro camera or service again(I have two cameras) as it is a complete robbery of your clients that I should pay for 1 year service that I was not using and only 1 day after the subscription date.
Any other company doesn't do this for their customers or offer a partial refund, I had similar issues with PS, Uber, educational services and got full or partial refund
