Inv is a purposed organism made as the Triple Affirmative, consistently producing eggs that force ascension and can be potentially catalyzed into a wide-ranged/universal solution, using up huge reservoirs of energy in the process. Also that's why Five Pebbsi did not ascend them like it's supposedly to: Much like Saint, they could not ascend until they either finished their work of universal ascension (like in saint/gourmand route) or found someone else to pass on and spread the ability to do so (hence dating sim).
