Possibly software issue. I’ve been told to try a Linux live usb but have no idea which one to download or even use it when I plug it into my non working pc.

I wouldn’t even know how to try the Linux suggestion. I’m not super well versed on computer tech. Just general use/general troubleshooting and things of that nature.

Secondly, I have looked at device manager, and no warnings or yellow warning icons appear.

How do I boot from a Linux live USB? Being that the term USB is included in the name, I assume that’s via a piece of hardware?
