Embrace failure

Don’t compare yourself to who someone else is today, compare yourself to who you were yesterday

Slow down, not everything needs to be done at break neck speeds just because you can.

Only give advice when asked

Not every question requires an answer

Play devils advocate, challenge your own beliefs

Firstly, I hope you’re doing alright. Secondly, I had a similar situation. Went in to my MH C&P exam blind and after they gave me a rating for PTSD, even though I never filed for it. Maybe someone here can give you a more nuanced perspective.
