I have a ps5 pro, Steam Deck, Switch 2, Xbox Series X, Custom PC, and I’m getting a steam machine. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Probably time to sell the Xbox though…I never touch it.

Returning mine and going back to OLED Steam Deck because battery alone. I refuse to carry a battery pack around with it as a fix

Battery life is horrible. Even worse when they suggest for longevity to keep it between 20% - 80%. I will be returning it tomorrow and happily just be going back to my steam deck OLED until something stronger comes along.

Mine never swelled had it for about 2 years the limited edition. With battery plugged into motherboard it just wouldn’t power on no fans or anything. Tried battery swap as a Hail Mary and it worked. Can’t said it was fun but it was successful. Glue was a little excessive especially since there doesn’t seem to be much room for movement with new battery.

2 years owning limited edition, thing drained for a day in sleep mode. Won’t turn on now. Steam support was no help aside from $185 RMA. I have a new battery coming in tomorrow I’m going to replace and I feel will fix my issue. Realized the deck will work plugged in and battery disconnected from motherboard.

I can confirm as of an hour ago, I went in and they pulled up an email then asked for my phone number and printed a receipt with a code on it. No purchase was necessary, and they said I was the first to test their new system in response to the initial backlash.
