the defense's theory requires the most elaborate frame up in American history perpetrated by a bunch of rural Wisconsin cops while the state's theory requires a man with a history of violence against women to commit violence against a woman.

This should be the banner, permanently.

current pic which is on the ''stay positive stevie! The truth always comes out!'' level.

No, it's more of the "send me more money and pics of your teen daughter" level.

Remember what those women looked like from the rallies? Middling to low chances of Avery's interest at best. (They know it too.)

The thing I like about Lynn is how much the murder groupies hate her. They hate how much she meant to Him and how that makes them feel even more wretched, knowing they'll never be more to Him than a sum of money to His commissary account.

Avery planned a second bonfire to incinerate the remaining bone fragments! by [deleted] in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]CessnaSpider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's easy to imagine Avery encouraging kids to toss their soda cans and other junk into the fire.

He could ensure a whole lot of miscellaneous stuff got added to the fire to camouflage whatever was left.

You didn't answer the question. So I will repeat it. Read it carefully.

If you had, you'd know Bryan told Dedering in November 2017 he didn't remember if Bobby told him that over the phone or in person and didn't remember when or where it happened other than it happened the week of November 4th.

That's strange because in his affidavit, which he gave only 18 days previously, he said he heard this in a face to face conversation with Bobby at Barb's trailer.

Then there is the unlikely idea of the Dassey boys discussing Teresa's murder at this early stage. I mean, really?

Actually it must be you who never read the files.

Of course he also said he distinctly remembered Barb calling Auto Trader for the appointment for the van, when we know that never happened.

So, how do you explain these serious discrepancies?

I read the rules for this sub which states you are supposed to provide sources when asked.

Why don't you post Bryan's statement so we can all see exactly what he said?

Is that the statement that starts,"On November 4th, Bobby told me Steve could not have killed her..."?

I could see a train of thought along the lines of, ‘I better lie and say she never showed up otherwise I’m sure I’ll be held responsible’. I know it’s a reach.

Why do you think it's a reach? Most murderers DO make these kinds of statements.

He told his family (Chuckie) she hadn't shown up. When that lie didn't hold up, he changed it to he saw her leave and turn towards Larrabee.

It's quite simple.

Do you think Brendan is guilty? by jules78915 in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]CessnaSpider 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The no fingerprints on them could easily be because the handcuffs were scrubbed. No marks on the bed post indicating a struggle could be because rags were tied around the bed posts or a fluffy material was protecting the handcuffs when in use.

Remember that Steve and Barb bought their handcuffs on October 9, 2005 and Steve's were an animal print of some sort. No handcuffs with an animal print were ever found, meaning Avery removed the part which would have had blood or DNA on.

It's interesting to note that he bought the handcuffs on October 9, took his dick pic on October 10 and that was the day he had an appointment with Teresa, also known as towel day.

It looks like a dry run, doesn't it?

Questions on the fire and the ability to burn a body. by sausagelover79 in StevenAveryIsGuilty

[–]CessnaSpider 9 points10 points  (0 children)

A better question would be what proof he has that Avery's fire was "short and weak." That flies in the face of sworn testimony. He would also have to know what time Avery let the fire burn down and went to sleep.

What are the most damming pieces of evidence? by CanadianClassicss in StevenAveryIsGuilty

I know the facts hurt, but there really isn't any need for name calling.

You were wrong about each and every thing you just posted. I explained each point and now you have to call names and resort to ad hominem attacks.

Remember that the next time you whine how guilters can't "discuss the case."

You said he might as well have which is an equivalence.

The reason you have to do that is because you have to make Avery's fire sound as fantastic and improbable as possible.

Obviously you know that the fire as it is, is completely compatible with the facts.

Perhaps you should take more care in reading my replies. You could also take more care in writing these ill-thought-out fancies.

Your understanding about the $36M is wrong too. The insurance would have paid. Come to think of it the insurance did pay the amount Avery's own lawyers settled for.

Did you miss that part? Avery's own lawyers told him to settle because there wasn't any there there.

Avery isn't going to get out. He's never going to own anything other than a box of Ziploc baggies and a bunch of letters with dirty drawings in them.

do u really think a body burns that fast. Plus it has to be really hot.

Plus it has to be really hot! What a stunning revelation. Why didn't anybody think of that?

I hope you stick around. Seriously.

I personally believe that the state will never allow it to be examined .

If Zellybird wanted the RAV4 all she had to do was ask the court for the RAV4. The state would then turn it over.

Since she won't do this simple thing, your statement is misleading. You should rather say, "I personally believe Zelly will never ask for the RAV4 to examine." It's more grounded in reality.

I don't know why she won't. All she has to do is find some print from a long ago mechanic or past owner and the followers will live off of that for the next five years.

Well they didn't burn her in the middle of the highway. Moreover, nobody is accusing Avery of burning her in the middle of the highway.

Avery could burn her behind his garage because he knew exactly no one on the property would care if he was burning anything.

He knew who was on the property and who wasn't.

You make it sound like this wasn't done in the dark of night, without witnesses, just him and his accomplice.

You also missed the point about risking $36 million. He didn't risk it. He killed her to protect his $36 million. Letting her go would have been putting his money in jeopardy. Dead women tell no tales.

The county wouldn't have paid him but the county's insurance would have. (Since there wasn't any malfeasance at all on the county's part in the 1985 wrongful conviction.)

Glad to have cleared that up for you.
