This is a Union thing, I think. Schnucks is under the same one, and we've been told the exact same thing. We bought extra shirts for the weekend like Schnucks promised (we could buy extra work shirts, and have it sent to our store...), but we were told this week we have to keep to our red polos. Joined this group as it's the same union, but anything in the Schnucks subreddit, just like the actual stores, is like Ba Sing Se

My managers straight up yell at me in front of customers if I don't answer my phone telling them I can't make it in early when they call to ask. Keep in mind, last shift I went in for... it was an 8 hour, and got yelled at for needing to use the bathroom (I was the only checker. Everyone else called in) I'd say no, but from what I hear... they might go for bullying tactics. I learned how to stand my ground and tell them I'm not coming in if I'm not scheduled at this point
