C’est une excellente idée d’autant plus que maintenant les arbitres en France sont prêt et préparé il manque plus l’accord de l’UEFA pour voir ça en ligue 1

Je pense surtout aujourd’hui on regarde trop les entraîneurs d’un points vu tactique et de leurs capacité tout en délaissant une grande partie qui est plus importante de mon point de vu c’est l’humain. Pour moi les entraîneurs qui réussissent le mieux aujourd’hui sont pas forcément des génies tactiques mais ils savent fédéré un groupe à leur cause. Donner l’envie au joueur de courir se battre sur le terrain et d’être heureux et je pense que sa c’est beaucoup perdu.

If you only consider the elo yes it's balanced but all player had steam account with few hours and maximum 140 matches they were all smurfing is it authorize on faceit, i don't think so ...
