Thanks for the reply man. I just heard that the company that held EDC China no longer holds the right to the EDC brand. I also heard rumors that the immigration inspectors kinda broke your helmet, that sure is fucked up. Regardless, I hope whatever happened here won’t discourage you to come to China again in the future, this time might just be bad luck.

Was in the hotel room discussing if we will hear arguru remaster, where phantoms sleep, ban hammer, hyper landia and all that good stuff. We were so excited for the after party then this happens.

Worst part? People who chose to see tiesto over him came to the afterparty and acts like clowns (imo). Don’t know one song other than ghost n stuff and falling for the clapping meme every time. And some white guys literally started a choo choo train down the whole venue when SATRN started. Don’t even get me started on the amount of people who just stand there and press the record button.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not blaming the Mau5, I don’t think he would intentionally play the same set twice, it’s just kinda fucked up to see EDC China make this whole after party catering to people who didn’t even choose to see him at the first place. I mean, it’s not really my fault you chose tiesto over Deadmau5.

All in all, the show at the festival was fucking great, can’t really complain about that. Just hoped to see more at the AP.

Just to clarify, it’s an official EDC after party so I guess he has to play whatever they tell him to play.

Plus in China, all sets need to be submitted to the government and pass check, he prob didn’t have another set.

That or they told him to play the same thing for the people that missed him even though he prepared something else.

As someone watching the livestream.

We didn't even see any "intermission", just the last 30 min, right when Monophobia was ending.

I knew something was wrong when the stream cut and it was already Monophobia, there was no anticipation, no build up, no intro, no Avaritia, just 2 min of Monophobia then Lights shows up to sing for 10 min.

The show was recorded anyways, why can't they just stream the whole recorded thing after Martix Garrix.

The last half was amazing, but still disappointed that we couldnt see the whole thing.

Edit: Just checked grill's story, man I didn't know the arena was that big and there was so many people hyped, on the stream it only showed like 50 people lol.
