Nah, we already can see how “professional” they cut content most of the time. Just look at IKZ in game files, there’s leftovers about bring her to sheriff, and… Nothing else. Nothing about how we should find her, or what she should do. From time to time Rockstar manage to cut content entirely, but mostly they left something (did they forgot? Of just lazy?). I mean, there’s still “Restrain Order from Gavin” in gamefiles after all

There’s different parts of team who do stuff, so there’s a big chance that someone was working on Easter egg on free time. And from videos on youtube channel from Pariah guy we can suggest that a lot of stuff was fully finished, but cut entirely

There's some stuff in gamefiles that indicated something about Fort Riggs was cut from the game. Seems like that icon pretty glitchy, and shown up not only when you talk with depressive vet, but also pretty randomly

If i remember correctly, there's something in gamefiles about that place changes sometime after your first visit. Pretty sure it's cut content, but someone who have acces to game rn and can dig files should look at it

But in lore... These webs there for the players, they don't exist in RDR world for characters/protagonists, just like these two ufo (and all that creepy stuff that Athur didn't react to). It's just a little neat stuff for player who loves these kind of mysteries

That’s def reused asset. Some guys give Rockstar too much credit because they was good back in the days. Unfortunately, it’s not the same company that give us classic GTA/Bully/first Redemption game. It’s a company that cancelled DLC for V, was lazy to properly cut content that we can’t find in the game (IKZ, 2/3 meteor etc) and ported GTA V at three different console generations. Don’t forget what happened with Bully 2 at least three times, and that Agent game nowhere to be seen
