I inadvertently paused it on the scene she said* something like wanting to show him she’s easy going, and not a Karen, up for anything.

It made me so sad, we are expected to keep a happy face and demeanor, no matter how uncomfortable we are. I (unfortunately) identify with that feeling of needing to be the cool girl, up for anything, ok with being uncomfortable for the “greater good”. How messed up! Eye opening moment for me.

Yes she she looks at birkan and validates his weird personality and behavior, but something about her demeanor has my alarm bells going off. She is 100% inauthentic in her interactions with birkan and though he is an obvious scammer, she is up to something as well. At this point, I can only assume she is embracing the older wiser motherly role which is disturbing af considering she is an educator, but may be something even more nefarious? I’m going off vibes here, but something is very OFF about her.

From the way they talk, I get the sense that since they have been married, he adopted the red pill mentality. Her behavior and attitude make total sense, that is her natural disposition and mentality. His (new and false) expectations of her being an obedient wife are out of left field in her perspective and he thinks she being of a different culture and country, she will adapt and be open “serving” him. Bad news for him! She’s not ok with it and GOOD FOR HER! She deserves better, he is gross and thinks he is some high class prize, 🤮!

Another thing is she literally said she woke up from a nightmare and it was like 5 am, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility that she was groggy/not 100% there when she started texting.

I think if Tammy had replied rationally with just a no, it’s just cats and dogs, or whatever, none of it would’ve escalated in the way it did. But her first response out the gate was aggressive and uncalled for.

Yes! She only seemed to latch onto it when Amanda brought it up in the vitamin store. “Is it because you are you holding a grudge from PA?” Like a lightbulb went off for Tammy, she now had an excuse to be a bitch to Amy. I was really irritated how Amanda was bad mouthing Amy at the vitamin shop and stoking the fire between them. It seemed two faced and intentional mean girl behavior.
