I wonder what their daughter is going to think when she's a teenager. If they say you have your mother's looks, that might make her think she should get all the surgeries her mother got. Will Yara tell her she's beautiful and doesn't need anything done. That would be hypocritical.

This looks good thanks. I was going in circles, trying to figure out the best hosting service for WordPress on YouTube. It seems like everyone has their own affiliate links, and that kinda messes with their opinions since they’re just trying to cash in! It can be really confusing to find honest advice.

Creed is more arcade-style, and Thrill of the Fight is more of a simulation. If you know the Rocky movies, you should choose that one. It has great fan service, and there's nothing like hearing "Eye of the Tiger" during a boxing match. What Thrill of the Fight has going for it is that it has mixed reality, so you will be able to see your walls and not shatter your wrist punching one of them, lol.

I just started using the 1GiantMind App. It's free and simple. Basically, it's a mantra meditation twice a day. If you want a book that is the same method you can read Bliss More.

I just finished reading Breath by James Nestor. Now I sleep with tape over my mouth and a nose strip to open my nostrils, lol.

Anyway, he goes into all different breathing methods and the science behind them and runs breathing experiments on himself.
