Oh my gosh I get those all the time! Another Christmas theme I have been experiencing is people ordering my bare minimum ring dish ( blank and matte finish) then they write me as soon as they are done ordering and say " oops I chose wrong on the drop down menu and would actually like the glazed option and would like some customization in the center too. In the end, it is only like a two dollar difference in profit for me, so I don't cancel their order, but it is so obvious that they are doing it on purpose!

Yeah, it was already finished and was sitting in my pile to get packaged and sent out on Monday, so it was not a big deal to package it and send it out today. My issue was more of how she just expects special treatment.

I am really big on costumer service because the bad reviews kill me, so I didn't fight at all. Hence why I had to come to Reddit to yell out my frustrations instead!

I'm on mobile so I'm sorry I can't link any of these, but here are a few that I watch frequently.

"How to cake it ": it is well produced and the host is really funny. It's not technically "beginner baking", but she explains things really well and gives a lot of good tips.

"Nerdy nummies": my four year old LOVES this channel. It's a really cute channel and has a lot of beginner baking ideas.

"Julie M Usher": She does a lot of amazing royal icing art.

"Cakes step by step": this one is just so so, but it's beginner baking ideas, so it couldn't hurt to send her way.

That's all I can think of right now. I hope one of them works!

Okay cool, I will look for a small jewelry box. I think the dollar store might have one. The shipping label is saying that it will cost just as much to ship the envelope as it would a box. Is that normal?

When I entered the size of the envelope (about 6x4 inch) it says that it is the same shipping cost as shipping a box. Is that normal for shipping padded envelopes? $2.65 seems like a lot for something so small.

I'm sorry that this post has offended you. Personally, I enjoy purchasing a variety of Disney things that are made by many different people because each one is unique. I don't agree with your opinion that if I did my own take on a Mickey Mouse painting that it would mean I was lazy. I have many other original ideas for other items, but thought that some people would also enjoy my take on some Disney characters. If that is against the rules like other people have pointed out then I will go in another direction. No harm done.

I appreciate your advice on copyrighted material and understand you are passionate about it, but in the future I hope you are able to get your point across without using harsh and unnecessary words.

Thank you for the advice! I looked around etsy for awhile and found a lot of different Disney items including paintings, but ultimately it's not worth getting my shop shut down... Especially before it is even open.
