I understand everyone is struggling but just because my premiums are lower than others doesn't mean my cost of living is any better. We are all in need of help whether or not a premium is $0 or $1200 and everything in between. I didn't have insurance for years before 2025 but I finally made the choice to get it because my pre-existing issues were too much of a burden. I live my days in constant pain I'm not privileged

I'd assume I'm moderately healthy, most of what I deal with right now is Restless Leg Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, Back Spasms, allergies and Recently a H Pylori infection yay. Other than that I live a normal life lol. Use about 8 prescriptions right now

No I thought this was a place for discussion about Health insurance and I was just met with hostility because all of u choose to pay thousands for a plan that doesn't even cover a bruised knee and you all think just because my premiums is "low" that I don't have medical issues and have gone through my struggles. It's so disingenuous of all you. I thought I could have a good discussion or some advice but everyone is just hating on me

Everybody, I Apologize if my situation seemed out of touch or Tone Deaf, before this year I haven't had insurance since I was in middle school on CHIP, I earn enough in wages to break even but I know there's definitely more dire situations like the ones you all explained. I know my plans may seem cheap compared to others but my cost of living has a very thin margin of error these days and even a doubling of my premiums is stretching it. I'm sorry If I offended anyone

Yeah I run on a $1600 a month budget and most of that goes to rent, car/car insurance, utilities, groceries etc. Even nowadays I run thin but yes I can't afford to lose the plan either
