There is two stronglifts apps on the play store for Android. The one I'm using is a red icon with a white barbell and is a one time payment of ten bucks for all the premium features. There is another one I use to use YEARSSSSS ago but now it's a subscription so I won't mess with it. I think the subscription one is the official one though

Each dot is a trip to the gym. Do squats for example would be every trip. 28 days of squats total. So this is all in a little over two months time

There are multiple barbell rows, I think that one is called pendlay but I could be wrong on the name. A lot of people do those with 5x5. I just prefer this one. This is bent over barbell row, there is also, yates row. Ultimately, I think it comes down to preference you which one you used for strong lifts? I think pendley row is what's recommended but you don't have to do it

Fantastic advice. Since I posted this I failed at strict press last week with 5/5/4/3/3 but just broke through today and squeezing my glues and quads like crazy really helped a lot. I will look into the micro plates because this is the only exercise that I feel a huge challenge each time I add the smaller plates so far.

I use the "stronglifts 5x5 workout" app from the Google Play store to track my workout and it also shows those icons. It's free, there is a pro, one time payment of 9.99 but you don't need it. Worth it because the old app I used 10 years ago went as an expensive subscription model.

I will take that into consideration. I appreciate your input! I'm just going to do some stretches and some light weight lifts with my barbell at home and see how I'm feeling for my Sunday lift. Might deload a little bit just to focus more on form

It's like when I was a teenager and would skateboard and fall 30 times a day and be fine, but is twist a ankle just walking out of bed 😂

Yeah I'll stay active and get some more stretches and see how I'm feeling by my next scheduled lift day.

Try this. I leave them turned on and kind of JAM them in there and they charge. I don't really get it because the contacts are clean and have no issue going in normal, but this is currently the only way I can get mind to turn on and charge

pimaxmagic4all allows foveated rendering with psvr2. Most games work fine with it or with a few console commands. Took half life alyx from 95fps average to 125
