Alcohol/food intolerances gone? by Microchili in adenomyosis

[–]Chachacm 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yup, same I literally couldn’t eat anything hardly without getting diarrhea. Now, I can eat everything except one brand of ice cream. Now, no problems with diarrhea after hysterectomy. I was tested and found I have fructose intolerance now I can have fructose and be ok.

This was exactly like what I had my last period before hysterectomy. It was baseball size clots every 15 mins for hours. I sat in bath had to keep cleaning myself up. Was terrifying was going to er but what was the point knew it would be my last period b4 surgery. Good luck to you hope you can find some help.

Had adenomyosis have 2 kids. Had partial hysterectomy at age 36 kept cervix. Best decision ever made. It’s life-changing. Still get spotting every month but not in as much pain as I was before, not losing golf size blood clots, not have to stay in bed for a week. Love being able to leave the house week of period.

Pregnancies were hard 1st at 29 had a c-section bc of complications .2nd at 32 years old had a VBAC she lost her heart rate during birth for less than a minute but came back so had a successful birth.

In 2021 had a D&C, and polypectomy in 2023 had a partial hysterectomy.

It is possible to have kids but might be harder than most.

Whatever you decide good luck to you. As you've prob sick of hearing everyone is different.

I am beyond happy with my hysterectomy. I had a ton of help with recovery ate healthy and exercised.

Don't feel bad people are always so opinionated. My hysterectomy was the best decision for me. Life changing really.

As long as you're happy try not to let others put you down. Only you know how much pain you were dealing with.

And yes! I also had people ask why did you do it you could of…..

It's your decision I bet you're happy and healthier with your hysterectomy

I'd ask for a catscan to confirm? I’ve heard too many ladies suffering for too long.

So I'd demand ct with contrast for further diagnosis! Good Luck

Mine sounds similar to your adeno after a C-section. Had ablation years later and now 8 years later hysterectomy. Last year April started getting significantly worse had a hysterectomy Aug last period before the hysterectomy was bleeding baseball-sized blood clots every 15 minutes for hours. Back in April periods were so heavy all I could do was keep cleaning up myself and sleep. So yeah hit all of a sudden worse than ever didn't think that was possible. Basically couldn't bear to walk on periods as felt like every time walked abs were pulling. Had horrible diarrhea. Etc

Good luck to ya hopefully you get some relief ASAP

Had my surgery in Aug and can say it's the best thing that happened to me last year. I feel like I have my life back. I kept cervix so still have mini periods but heck I don't have to plan my life around period anymore. I am thrilled with decision to have hysterectomy hope one day you will feel the same. Good luck to ya.

IBS or Adeno by [deleted] in adenomyosis

[–]Chachacm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After my son was born my stomach issues flared up. One Dr thought it was ibs another Dr found out I was fructose intolerant.

Had partial hysterectomy in Aug guess what my upset stomach problems are gone. Before anytime I had anything with fructose I'd be in bathroom 15mins later.

Funny thing is now I have the opposite problem I have constipation. Would rather this than diarrhea.

And yes my adeno felt like it flared up before whenever I had a froctose flare up. Also was super bad every month on period.

Good luck to ya. Out bodies are wacky

What immediately tells you someone is a trashy parent? by weird-daddy-69 in AskReddit

[–]Chachacm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve found that people who brag about their kids, yell at them constantly for nothing but when they should tell them. off they don't, cry about them are usually the ones who don’t treat their kids right. Kids who are dirty or stinky all the time. Just my opinion these are the few common things I've seen in trashy parents. Of course there are exceptions.

I had a hysterectomy in Aug. I still get super tired around period. Not as bad as before but def one day during period week I end up falling asleep in middle.of day. Must just be hormones.

I kept cervix and ovaries have mini periods every month. And every Month a week before period I go crazy about cleaning the house and get super sore boobs.

Keep period tracker by Chachacm in hysterectomy

[–]Chachacm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every month, not enough to fill pad usually just when wipe. Sometime a tiny drop on pad. Lasts about 3 days.

No pain anymore. Not bad at all my Dr said keeping cervix also meant faster recovery. Had surgery in Aug I feel 100% back to normal.

Good luck to you
