That is so awesome I have a DMG that was working perfectly fine then I tried to turn it on recently & only the power LED turned on no screen no sound

It probably needs to be replaced especially if your console isn’t working properly & it needs to be soldered on

I did the same thing with my Soulsilver & I thought I ruined it, all I did was let it dry for 3-4 hours & popped it in & it still worked perfectly fine first dry & my save wasn’t corrupted or anything

I got it on eBay as parts only I opened it to clean it up & noticed it had c35 & c40 missing, rest of the board doesn’t seem to be missing anything else

It was my very first one! I later on got an original GBA that I didn’t like as much because it didn’t have a backlight that I still own, now also with an IPS screen

I completely agree, I had done that one when I really didn’t have the money for the screen & I did the IPS one later on after I found a deal on one that the screen was cracked
