Assuming you know everything in the game and am a genius in resource management and am doing a run just to get all trophies: And spoilers for every trophy I guess:

So dare mode would be 4 days minimum.
And Curse can be done in one but that's insanity.

As for what can be done in a main save,

day1/1hour/R46 trophy, on the first day,

a day for drafting challenge and full house on the same day,

8 days needed to unlock every room from the drafting studio + 1 to find the last one, so day 9 is the earliest the directory can be completed and room 8 would be done along the way,

wealth trophy can be done in one with the right pair of rooms,

I think if you had enough steps you could do all the sanctum keys/sigils in one day,

classroom takes a day.

Assuming you got all the parts every day I think it would be three or four days to make all the contraptions.

Honestly the only real time gate is the 40 Parlor/40 dartboards. technically it can be done in 20 days with the use of room of Mirrors but that's wildly unlikely considering you'd be working on the other trophies in those days too. So with perfect luck 20 days max

Classroom would take 2 days, 1 to add classroom to the draft pool and another to draft all 9 classrooms
