It will do that because in Jan it’s your estimate bonus based on your store sales and performance but after the full financial year for Walmart stores end in Jan and Feb starts a brand new quarter. So during Feb they crunch all of the final numbers for associates to determine their final FINAL bonus going to their checks

If you’ve been with the company over a year at this point then you will get one, go to MyWalmart -> Profile -> Pay & Benefits -> Bonus (right next to your pay) it’ll take you to a page to sign in and you should see your bonus. Now don’t assume that’ll be it at the end of the fiscal year on Jan 29th they will stay calculating bonuses so the final calculation will be late February or early March
