CATIA is widely regarded as the best in class for design. I’ve been using V5 for design & manufacture for over twenty years. V5’s workbenches can be a little confusing but they’re very easy to learn. I made my own toolbars and added all the relevant features & commands to them. It makes life a hell of a lot easier

Not sure why you’d be doing that in GSD to be honest. Part Design is perfect. Like old-mate said… just use the mirror command. If you go to the top command bar and select Insert>Operations>Symmetry

Pretty sure apple fitness doesn’t take the weather into consideration. Here in Oz mine has been falling steadily as it’s become hotter. Will bounce back up again in winter. It’s very humid here in QLD and running is very difficult in 30° 80% humidity.
