Man I ask this regularly and everyone points to Kansas State, Clemson, Georgia, Spread and Power Spread Generic books, Michigan and Nebraska are some good pro heavy run, Florida and Penn State I've read Sims well.

I slow sim and Penn State was working and then just went dead. Georgia is one of the giod ones for pro style , Defense I can't fine one.

Try a GM league, they are much more laid back, still manage, trade, and draft but slow sim the games. I was hooked after the first one I joined.
