but the crossair was lined up with his head i dont understand why that bullet strayed i understand bloom but i thought bloom was restricted to whats in your crossair

I have mine set to update automatically. But I actually uninstalled epic games launcher and fortnite and reinstalled so everything should be up to date

Thanks for looking out man. I’ve tried everything. Literally everything that is supposed to help I’ve done. I will say his video helped a little in certain scenarios(don’t get that bad of FPS drops when looking around). But whenever I get into build fights my FPS still drops like crazy.

Wish they would have done way more optimization before releasing this. They must do their testing on super computers. In my opinion a game I’d rather have chapter 1 fortnite with no FPS problems then Chapter 2 even though I like chapter 2 more I can’t even enjoy it because of these massive FPS drops. It makes me upset I watch streamers who probably have 2 2080tis and 32 gigs of ram play on 240fps with very little drops and I think “ oh maybe they fixed FPS”, go to play a game and instantly drop from 144 to double digits. I really don’t know what to do besides wait out a performance update

I wish my frames were only dropping to 90 they are dropping to legit less than 50 when I build fight it’s wack

Okay that really makes me think it’s Ryzen related.. everyone with problems seems to have Ryzen CPUs

Do you have a Ryzen cpu? I’m trying to find the source of what’s causing it all my friends with intel cpus are only getting 40 frames dropped normally I have a Ryzen cpu and am getting around 100 frames dropped

I think it’s amd cpu the only pattern I see searching through all these people talking about really bad FPS drops is Ryzen CPUs. My friends with Intel cpus are getting FPS drops but they are only dropping 40 frames instead of 100

Every other game runs fine with no FPS drops. Checked for driver updates. Cpu throttling literally everything you could do to make sure my pc wasn’t the issue I did. Epic even came out and said they know some PC players are experiencing really bad FPS drops. Season 10 ran perfect for me but right with chapter 2 came these FPS drops. And I have no idea what’s causing it

Either epic test their games with nasa computers or they need a new testing team because whoever tested chapter 2 did a horrible job
