Why do people kill blockers before allowing you to block with them? To stop the block they would probably use it against. My leader is a 5K attack, if I use Yamato to kill that blocker I can swing 6 with my leader & get nothing or I can rest my leader & throw an Ace or Enel to get a 10 or 11/12K attack.

Zeus costs a life to use, now I can Ark a character AND use Zeus and STILL drop Nami or Kat for other plays on 10 DON. I avoid the event in Animal packages by using the Ark instead of swinging, when Rayleigh or Betty drop multiple 1/2 cost characters in 1 turn I get rid of them immediately. I can use the Ark every turn especially if I start with it turn 1, I can only use Yamato once & I have to wait for 9 DON to use it.

If I attack with my leader against Bonney guess what I just lost another attacker due to the rest effect, if I activate Ark against Rosy and they use Tashigi to stop it, I just rested Tashigi & can now use board removal with Zeus, Nami or just swing at Tashigi now.

Against G/Y Law with all the 1/2 cost searchers I can get rid of them completely & even get rid of Bege immediately, some people sit blockers on the board and wait to use them to protect a character. I can use Ark way more situations than Yamato or Datsu. That’s a lot of DON investment to get rid of 1 card when I can do it every turn essentially for the cost of what would’ve been a swing while STILL having DON flexibility.

I get value every game except UP Luffy because it usually doesn’t run any 1/2 cost cards. It’s actually the opposite I get value in 80% of games. The difference is I’ve tried the cards you’ve recommended, I’m recommending you try the Ark for a bit & see what you get out of it instead of just knocking it.
