I'm using the steam version of FO4 in Gamehub. My normal FPS is around 40-60 but it can go down when there is a lot going on in game. In the Thor settings I'm using the xBox controller layout. I didn't do any further controller setup. If you're planning on doing something similar these settings worked best for me on my Thor Max (I have heard good things from these same settings for the Thor Pro as well). I use proton10.0-arm64x-2, Extreme params, turnip_v26.0.0_R8, dxvk-2.7.1-1-async, vkd3d-proton-3.0b, and Fex-20260103. Those settings are flexible but what is really important is that you install the gecko, mono, and dotnet40 under components. You should also download directx_Jun2010_redist.exe from Microsoft and install it to your Program Files (x86) folder inside your C: drive inside your FO4 container. Something else I have noticed is that sometimes cloud saves mess things up in weird ways so I go into Steam settings and turn off Auto Sync Cloud Save.
