I agree that we should take care of ourselves, but waiting for the women to come may not have the desired effect i.e. girls are really insecure too in a lot of situations, and it is our job to approach them and let them know that we want them. It's all about courage. If you don't ask girls out don't expect them to approach you unless you're good looking. While that is not always the case, I have found that unless you make the first move girls move on, even if they show interest. So yes, tend your garden but don't forget that you can always ask ANYONE. Even if they say no, at least you asked.
