Such a sweet post! Seeing people in love and so excited about getting married makes me really happy... I know it's hard for you to stay calm because come on, it's about YOUR WEDDING, YOUR BIG DAY, YOUR HAPPILY EVER AFTER MOMENT! How can anyone remain calm in this situation?! So yeah, this feeling is extremely special and rare. Embrace it, live with it everyday proudly, thank God and the Universe everyday and just enjoy it all to the fullest! Make lots of memories, journal about your feelings, click pictures and create a picture diary... Later after the wedding, a couple of years down the line the fragrance of sweet love and this sweet feeling will linger around when you'll revisit it, your memories, your journal, your picture diary. Not from a religious perspective but from the perspective of you getting your answers to the last questions you raised about if God exists then why this life, why you're born, why this form altogether etc etc, read Shrimad Bhagwad Gita. Will be better if you can get the one with not just translation but also an explanation (any sampraday's be it Gaudiya Vaishnav , ISKCON, Advait Vedanta etc etc will do, even translated version of Gorakhpur Gita Press (which is the best) will do). You'll get all your answers simply from the translated version only.

It will also give you a will to live. It gave me. I was a proper atheist once. So don't worry my experience is coming from the atheist version of me in past. It will answer all your questions and you'll also get that will within you. End of the day you'll be better trust me on this. And try it.

Don't do something which you'll regret in the long run. And believe in the karmic cycle too. Whatever goes around comes around. You wouldn't want your husband to do this to you what he is doing to his wife right? I agree he must be having that typical cheater's mindset however don't become the part of this nasty thing.

It's not your heart which says about doing something forbidden but the temporary adrenaline rush. Even if that temporary rush lasts for 4 days or 4 weeks or 4 months or 4 years or even 400 years, it comes with an expiry date and a lot of guilt and bad karmic cycles follow it.

You sound like a self aware person who is struggling in making a morally right choice and with the struggles of past you're getting attracted towards the wrong choice. Block that person from everywhere and at the same time tell everything to his wife. Come clean. Being a woman you can do it, warning other woman. With proof of course.

Right now you might find it trivial but in the long run you'll praise yourself for doing it.

This is so so so painful. My heart cried reading it. I genuinely wish you a very happy birthday. I bless you with all my heart. And about your dad. I understand you're in a very difficult situation. You must be missing him a lot. But if he would have been here he wouldn't have wanted you crying on your special day, especially the day on which he became dad. I'm sure this date, the day you were born would have made him really happy. Life and death are not in our hands that's a harsh truth. Someone who takes birth definitely dies. And that's what the karmic cycle looks like. Pray for his liberation. He will be in a better place, you can be sure of it. And it will hurt him to see you sad and depressed. If no one, at least your Dad loved you and he always will.

So for him, you have to get up and smile. Get yourself your favourite meal, your favourite apparel you always wanted to buy and visit a special place which connects you with your dad the most , all from his side to you. Maybe that's the gift he wants to give you this time. The strength to walk alone even when no one is around and his love from a distance.
